This large 22.8 x 18.3 x 11.7″ case is outfitted with robust top and side handles for carrying or if it is too heavy extend the telescoping handle and tow it behind you on its two rollerblade-style polyurethane wheels. This version of the 950 comes without an insert, so you can customize it to your needs or purchase one or more of the several custom designed inserts. Built from lightweight but tough impact-resistant NK-7 resin, it has a built-in purge valve to ensure you’ll be able to easily open the lid after a flight. The lid is O-ring sealed lid to make it IP67rated, waterproof, and resistant to dust.
Nanuk’s patented PowerClaw latches clamp the case shut and slide locks prevent accidental opening if dropped, and for security the case has two steel reinforced 0.34″ (8.6mm) diameter holes to accommodate padlocks. Other design features include handle and lid stays, durable stainless steel hardware, and the case is designed to be stackable with other cases. These build and design features make the 950 a safe and dependable way to store and transport your gear whether your location shoot is across town or across an ocean.
